Is internet bad for children?

●Few young men read books
+++++++++++++++++++
I happened to read such a column about the young men in Japan who reads less and less books.

It says”televisions, a cellular phone and the Internet are young men have been depriving “Thinking Ability” from Japanese young men.

Therefore these things should be avoided and you are suggested not to give them to young men, especially children.

"These things would collapse of the culture." too.

When I read this, I just question myself, “why, Internet?”

It thought.

"As for the gag program and the cellular phone, what he says is right. “
I understand it.

As I have written written many times, (the information) (thinking) is really different things.
Just because he or she has much information, it doesn't mean he or she is wise.

It doesn't become a child has arithmetical power if that child can recite just the multiplication table.

A person's cleverness depends on (the power to think ).

So, this column should be like this:

With "A gag television program, a cellular phone and may rob young men of the power to think." "Whatever is taken, you must not draw these to the child near."

As for television programs, it depends on its content. As for the cellular phone, I am agreement, too.

As for the Internet, the problem is how to use it.

Many young mothers and fathers think “Internet is bad for kids and therefore theay are not be used by them.” But who can stop this big flow of water with some sticks o out into the water?

Evil goes into the child's world through the various routes if it becomes the thing of the thing, "the evil".

Even if only the Internet is stopped, the probles can not be solved.

Though a story strayed a little, as for "the power to think about", please?
…… I think that this is a matter of the way of using, too.
Though BLOG was taken, it increased that there were reading ごたえ, too.
Others' opinion is read, and the opinion is added.
The power to think about is developed in that process.
That that if it says "The Internet takes the power to think about from the young men by force." is a transient thing.
If it is compared and it says, the world of the Internet is already the large river of the world.
The flow of water can't be stopped in that large river as much as to stand two sticks, one.

This problem is connected with language education directly as it is.
Many schools have started “library lessons” and this is one of the solution.

In USA, almost all schools have “library” lesson in most cases once a week. A very expert with MD degree is teaching children.

But as a mater of fact, comics are more read, and children are absorbed with something bringing it or each being silence at schools.

There is few child reading books of the type.

Therefore, this problem is more intimate a root though it says and you must not deny comics.

I tried to comment because it was the article which I was a little anxious about.

*Christmas is coming!

Today is the last day of Novemeber. I have not uploaded any articles
these whole year onto this blog. I have been busy with writing for other
field.

I feel my ability in English is getting worse and wrose every year.

So I would like to try again to write essays in English from this December.
